I am currently an assistant professor at Johnson and Wales University where I teach classes in mechanics, robotics, and electronics. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2016 with my Ph.D. My main research interests include the areas of robotics, artificial intelligence, perception, and mechatronics; More specifically, how can a robot use perception to perform tasks in unstructured environments. I received my Master’s degree in 2012 and my Bachelors in 2011 in Mechanical Engineering both from the University of Rhode Island.

You can check out my past projects and current projects on my projects page

When I’m not working on projects for school I enjoy working on various electronics projects, 3D printing, and woodworking.
